Congratulations! You have been invited to be a retailer at the first annual ROMP event on June 14th, 2025 in downtown Amesbury.

Retail participants in this event will receive:

  • Custom designed event promotions, reels and stories advertised through social media.

  • Custom tote bags to be given to your first 10 customers.

  • Custom made social media stickers to be used in your own promotion of the event.

  • Listing on all event flyers and promotions.

Retail participant requirements:

  • Complete the short participation form by April 12th, 2025.

  • A $50 fee that covers a portion of the tote and promotional material printing. Fee must be paid by April 12th to participate.

    • Fee payable via cash at Caravan or Venmo: hum_and_bee

  • 10 giveaway items of your choosing added to each of your bags, valued at $25 or more.

  • A discount to each customer that comes to your shop with the tote on June 14th, 2025.

  • Opening your store at 10AM on June 14th, 2025.

So to be clear, your buy-in as a retailer is $50 + whatever you put in your bag. If the giveaway you choose add to your bag is $25 retail ($12.50 wholesale), your total buy-in is $175. If you chose to put higher priced itemd in your tote, your buy-in goes up accordingly.
